Required Volunteer Training and Forms

Each year St. Augustine School parents work alongside teachers and staff to create unique experiences that enhance our children's education.

Our school must adhere to the following requirements concerning both volunteers and staff. These safeguards have been set up by the Archdiocese of Boston authorities to protect our children and community. You may find out more about their “CORI Process for Schools,” by visiting their website here

CORI Form (Annually)
It is mandated by Massachusetts state law that all St. Augustine School staff and volunteers submit a Criminal Offender Record Information (CORI) background check each year to ensure the safety of our children. Since it is necessary for you to show a photo identification (license), CORI forms have to be completed in person at the school's front office.

The Archdiocese of Boston issues a new CORI form each year. The form for the current year can be accessed via this link: CORI Form FY2025
